1. What payment options are available on the site?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB and PayPal. Payments are secured through Shopify Payments.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. It is possible to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return it. Click here to view the return procedure.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, with tags and in the original packaging). Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that we do not accept returns on vintage products unless there is an error on our part regarding the item or damage during transport.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of your order. When finalizing your order, the costs will be calculated based on your shipping address.
